13:00 – 14:00 Ayala Guy: Body Practice I
During the session(s) we will experiment with the idea of a “warm up” — not as a preparation towards the “real thing” but as a unique and personal state that allows to deepen the connection and awareness to one's own body. We will develop a small (but useful) movement vocabulary which is accessible to everyone — wherever and whatever fitness level. Throughout we will challenge the ways of giving instructions and try out different ways for listening, learning and embedding ideas.
The workshop will be held in English and is limited to 7 participants. You can come one day or both days.
Please register beforehand mail@etna-project.net

14:00 – 17:00 Jos Schön: Do It Yourself – Creating empowering pins & brooches

What do we want to wear as an accessory? Can certain motifs empower us? In the left scene, patches and buttons are well known to us as accessories with a political message. But nowadays, symbols of LGBTQIA+ and feminism are also capitalized, commercialized and overproduced – e.g. in the form of printed clothes, pendants and jewelry. Can we reclaim this medium through making our own personal pins and brooches? Can we empower ourselves with certain motifs or words that we wear on our own bodies? Or does it feel more like we are contributing to the capitalization of our symbols?
In this workshop we will make pins and brooches ourselves. To do this, we’ll draw with pencils and markers on shrink plastic film, which will then be shrunk in the oven. After, the little plastic plate can be glued to a pin. Everyone can choose their own motives. And we can talk and discuss the questions mentioned above while making our pins.

17:00 Fabio Aranzulla: I’ll be your granchio.
